Tim works from his own studio in Devon and has gained an international reputation for his distinctive one-off smoky pieces, which are widely exhibited in the UK and abroad.
His work has become larger developing a more sculptural approach. Shapes have evolved along with the use of linear decoration and subtle coloured slips which are further muted by the raku firing process. His pieces have been acquired for both public and private collections.
Tim is a Fellow of the Craft Potters Association, a full member of the Devon Guild of Craftsmen and a Member of the West Country Potters Association. He has had many group shows as well as lecturing and demonstrating in this country and Europe. He has also written several articals for ceramic publications
